You must do regular aerobics exercise. This will help you burn fat around the stomach. Fat is burned off from all over the body. We can not spot reduce any body parts except from plastic surgery. With regular aerobics and weight lifting exercise done together your stomach muscles will eventually show.

You need to cut down on your current calorie intake. What that means is that you need to cut 250- 500 calories per day. That’s it! If you try to cut more calories per day, you will lose your muscles. Remember that building more muscle helps speed up your metabolism.
